A bit less rubbish

Never mind the quality, feel the width. 16 laps in 44:04. Must go faster, but at least I went further. Legs quite stiff and tired from the combination of running, walking more, and cycling every day. This is all good.
The treadmill broke on lap 11, so I had to switch to the adjacent one; so the time for lap 11 is a bit suspect.
New shoes definitely better than old ones. I think the nail will go in a couple of weeks, but it doesn't hurt when I run.
My sister and her new husband are running 3 miles, 3 times a week.
